1General Introduction

2Account Registration & Verification
To register with 11lab, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details will be terminated immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

- Date of birth (minimum age 18)
- Active mobile number
- Valid email address (optional but recommended)
- Mobile Banking Account Details (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)
Single Account Policy:
Only one 11lab account is permitted per person. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
KYC Verification: KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a photo of your national ID along with a selfie.
3Deposit & Payment Policy
You can deposit to 11lab using Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposit Terms & Conditions:

- Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000
- Daily maximum deposit limit: ৳1,00,000

Important: Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted, and refunds may not be possible in such cases.
4Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawing funds from 11lab is quick and straightforward, though certain conditions must be met.
Withdrawal Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
- Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 2,00,000
- Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected
Processing time:
- Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket: Usually within 15 minutes
- For larger amounts: up to 24 hours

5Bonus & Promotion Terms
11lab regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully.
General Bonus Rules:
- Each bonus can only be claimed once
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
- Wagering requirements are generally 5 to 20 times the bonus amount
- Bonuses must be used within a set period after claiming (typically 7–30 days)
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
Welcome Bonus:

6Betting Rules

General Betting Rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
- Minimum bet: ৳10; maximum bet varies by event
- If any event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
- For confirmed bets placed before an odds change, the original odds will apply
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11lab reserves the right to void the affected bet
Live Betting Rules:
- Odds change rapidly in live betting — always check the latest odds before placing your bet
- If a bet cannot be processed due to an internet outage, it will be considered void

Match Fixing Policy: If a member is suspected of placing bets using match fixing or insider information, 11lab reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and forfeit any winnings.
7Lottery Rules
11lab's lottery is completely fair and powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. A cryptographic hash is published for every draw, which anyone can verify.
Lottery Terms and Conditions:
- The daily lottery draw takes place every night at 8:00 PM
- Weekly Mega Jackpot every Friday at 10:00 PM
- Monthly Super Draw — last Saturday of every month
- Once a lottery ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued until the draw is completed

8Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11lab. Violations of these terms and conditions will result in serious consequences.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system
- Placing automated bets using third-party software or bots
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Threatening or harassing other members
- Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems
- Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of deposited funds and winnings, and legal action where necessary.
9Account Closure & Suspension
11lab reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice and for any reason. However, we do not exercise this right without just cause.
How to close your account yourself:
To close your account, email us at support@11lab.biz. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
Self-Exclusion:
As part of responsible gaming, you can self-exclude for 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or permanently. Your account will be completely inactive during this period.
10Limitation of Liability
11lab accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- Transaction failed due to internet disconnection
- For delays caused by third-party payment gateways
- Account hacked due to the member's own negligence
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the member
Maximum Liability: In all cases, 11lab's maximum liability shall not exceed the funds held in the member's account.
